With and area of 3,000m², R2 is one of Fortaleza’s most modern gyms. Offering excellent quality services, it is the first in the country to use “Insignia Series” equipment, which offers high standards and an outstanding level of performance. The gym also has a semi-Olympic pool and employs champion swimmer Gustavo Borges’ training method. There are also rooms for Running and Crossfit and a locker room with an integrated spa.

Accessibility

RioMar Fortaleza has elevators for access to all floors and bathrooms for the disabled. Moreover, wheelchairs and electric buggies for getting swiftly around the mall are available free of charge. RioMar Fortaleza is also the only shopping mall in the world to offer an interactive sign-language platform. Hugo, the name given to the digital character, supplies information to the hearing impaired and is located on Floor L1.

The Prayer Room is a planned area exclusively for those who wish to take a break from shopping and the daily rush for a brief spiritual moment. The room offers seating and a small altar. The opening hours are the same as those of shopping mall.

Parking

At RioMar Shopping there are 6,670 parking spaces. An intelligent parking control system with electronic panels shows exactly how many parking spaces are available, as well which spaces are free. There is also exclusive parking for motorcycles and bicycles. Free services such as checking tyre pressures and recharging batteries are also provided in the parking lot. To help with client mobility, there are electric buggies and traffic guides throughout the parking area. Another convenient feature is paying for parking tickets via the shopping center’s mobile app, available for the Android and iOS operational systems.
